  • Court – Baltimore City

    Charge – Knowingly Driving w/o insurance and Driving w/o a License

    Outcome – Both Charges dismissed after convincing the State’s Attorney that their case was weak and unsupported.  After speaking to the officer, he supported my client.

  • Court – Howard County

    Charge – Driving While Suspended

    Outcome Case dismissed after assisting the client in getting his driver’s license.  Client did not understand what needed to be done to correct his complicated situation.

  • Court – Baltimore County (Towson)

    Charge – Driving on Knowingly Falsified Tag

    Outcome –  Case Dismissed.  Client was issued 14 citations.  The officer’s stop was not legal to begin with.  After that it all fell apart.

  • Court – Baltimore County (Catonsville)

    Charge – Failure to obey Traffic Control Device

    Outcome Probation Before Judgment

  • Court – Anne Arundel County (Annapolis)

    Charge – Speeding

    Outcome –  Not Guilty

  • Court – Baltimore County (Towson)

    Charge – DUI/DWI

    Outcome –  Probation Before Judgment – unsupervised! No points on his record, no public entry of the charges.

  • Court – Baltimore County (Essex)

    Charge – Driving w/o a License (Client possessed a valid license from another country)

    Outcome –  Case dismissed after proving to the State’s Attorney that the client had a valid license in his country.

  • Court – Baltimore County (Catonsville)

    Charge – Knowingly Driving without Insurance

    Outcome –  Case Dismissed.  Client was driving mother’s car to whom he had been paying monthly for insurance.  Mom pocketed the money.

  • Court – Baltimore City

    Charge – Driving w/o Insurance, Driving While Suspended

    Outcome State originally wanted him to plead guilty for a suspended sentence.  Prosecutor agreed to a Probation. I kept pushing and got the case dismissed.

  • Court – Motor Vehicle Administration

    Charge – Refusal of a Breath Test

    Outcome Judge took a “No Action” (dismissed).  Client avoided a 270-day license suspension.

  • Court – Baltimore County

    Charge – Client charged with 4 violations

    Outcome Paid out a non-point minor charge and she received Probation on the balance

  • Court – Baltimore City

    Charge – Client was charged with DUI

    Outcome He side-swiped a police car and denied that he was even on that street. Succeeded in keeping client out of jail and getting a Probation Before Judgment.

  • Court – Baltimore County

    Charge – Client was charged with Driving While Suspended (third time)

    Outcome We were able to obtain a very favorable outcome after discussions with the State’s Attorney

    Outcome We had a trial and the Judge found client Not Guilty. Client was thrilled.
